Well its June 22 2014,
I do walk daily to keep myself fit plus keep the weight down..
I try to do 10 thousand steps a day and work from there..
It does bother me not to get in my 10 thousand steps..
I try to get out early in the day to walk..
Right now I am in the fields walking its easier on my feet * less shinsplint
I do love walking I have music to my ears, I bring my cell , chapstick, and kleenex.
I start out slow and steady and try to walk at least one hour day.
Somedays I do over that.. My hubby says I am crazy to walk over the limits.. of an hour..
Well that is Wren she is a out door walker.. I do have other exercising equipment but walking is my favorite over all..
How about you how do you enjoy your walks..
