Sure I would like to talk more sometime. I read your post on another board where you were trying to help someone. You gave great advice and I could tell you were really trying to be there for her.

Although I am not in a bad relationship, I am single, I have been effected by them (parents). I guess its given me some insight on why the women often stay as well as how it effects the children.

Hi, I'm an expat posting from Japan. I read your list of characteristics of verbal abuse and it gives me the creeps that this behaviour is such a gradual destructive process that most women don't realise they are the victims of it until their self-esteem is gone.


my daughter needs help in getting out of mariage


my daughter lives in newyork. she is a victim of domestic abuse and the law is on the side of her husband . she wants out , she wnats to move back to her home state to start over and to raise her childern but the state of new york is just for the man. Is there no justice for a women who goes through this . If you are not rich you cannot get a good lawyer so women in her position are left to stay in this unhappy life.
