HEY! HEY! HEY! I came in today and my boss said, "Good Morning!" I said, "Good Morning!" He said, "Good Bye! I'm going to an all day conference and won't be back b4 you get off!" WooooooooooooHoooooooooo....I feel like dancing in the streets!!!!!!!!

Okay, I'm being lazy today AND I'm stealing an idea from another board (Thanks Shay)!

In the "real world" this game would be called, "20 questions", in the world of iVillage message boards, I'm calling it "20 posts"!

I'm thinking of someone! I'll give you another clue, it's a WOC! Your mission, should you choose to accept it...;o) is to guess who I'm thinking of! I writing it on paper, just so I don't forget! LOL! You'll get closer and closer to who it is by asking a series of Yes/No questions, until someone posts the 20th question!

I saw the house yesterday. It needs some work. But my theory is all houses need some kind of personal touch. I like the idea of having to go in and making it mine. I put a bid in. I will know the outcome tomorrow at noon. I am sitting here on pins and needles. Thanks for all of the love and well wishes!!

Gooooooood Morning ladies!

Let's get some opinions flowing today!

I couldn't believe it because I was expecting to receive some kind of notice first.

I saw on the news where this couple were recently married. They said their wedding kiss was their very first kiss!! Do you guys believe that?
vibes big time. As you all know I am trying to buy a home. Last week I found the dream home, but it was a VA home and the bids were out of my league. Today I opened my email and there was a email from a realtor from over the weekend and he was showing a house in my range. So I called my realtor and he said that the house was already sold. I was truly bummed. Just an half hour ago, I get an email from my realtor saying that the women who made the bid on the house has lost her job. When I read in the subject line Your New Home, and saw what house he was talking about, I nearly screamed.
Check today's Roll Call, post #11 for my 2 cents on "The Mansion".

Much love,

~DJ~

I finished reading her novel, "A Long Way From Home" over the weekend and can I just say that it's now at the top of my list as far as my faves go! Along with "A Day Late and A Dollar Short", I loved it! There was some unanswered questions in the end, but that was the nature of the times! The book is based on 3 generations of slaves in Virginia! It was an easy read. As I said last week, at times I was mad that I was getting tired or had other things to do b/c that meant that I wouldn't be able to continue to read!
