December writing exercise
December writing exercise...
I don't post here often, but wanted to participate in this exercise. This isn't titled yet. This is the start of a personal essay.
"There I was, sitting in the reclining chair. My head was back against the seat and my eyes were closed. The man's hands on my bare leg were warm and strong. I braced myself for what was going to happen next.
Stuck
Good evening all.
I posted several weeks ago words of thanks because you all and the writing class have served as inspirations for me in my quest to write a novel with which I have been toying for several years. It was going well until about a month ago. I haven't written a word since as things sound very pedantic. I mean, it puts me to sleep to write it! Considering it is supposed to be an "edge of your seat" murder mystery, this simply won't do!
