Savannah, feel free to repost your piece.(m)
Any time a member posts and the board archives before people get a chance to respond, you're welcome to repost. And my apologies for the response to post #1. I read it before I went back and read your essay.
As to the chats, some of us old gals have been swimming around the pond so long, we forget what it was like to take that first "splash". And how it feels to be the new fish in the pond. So boomz is right. Please stick with us.
welcome to the new board, everyone :)
my last post sent us over the top and into the archives LOL! Gee, and it was such a nice post I wanted everyone to read, too :o I really appreciate each of you here and love reading your work. I am glad to have found this little spot to belong in and love the writer's area that has been created at i-village.
If there are any newbies here, I would encourage you to go into the archives and check out the work that has already been submitted while waiting for this page to fill up. We have some very talented writers here :)
hope you don't mind me sharing this...

SOME THOUGHTS ON LIFE AND DEATH
I sit on the back stoop of the small stone house where I work. I love coming out here around 6:30, to start my morning. My job is to take care of the eighty-four year old woman who lives here.

Having Trouble
Hi all! I would like to write another story to post here. But everytime I start writing, I get frustrated and crumple up what I wrote. I love to write so much. It is a release for me, but when I feel the need to release, I can't do it. Anyone got any ideas?
