What was the name of that Writers software that you mention in Writers chat on Thursday? I went to that site and could not find it. You know the one that was free that you liked so much. Please help me find it. I really would like to get that so I can get the help I need for my stories. Thank you in advance. Take Care Samantha
Quote of the week: "What kind of people write creative nonfiction?
Here is my Bio...it will probably bore you all silly...
Ok, here goes.
My name is Elaine and I am 30 years old. I have been married for 7 years and have a 6 year old daughter( who is Welsh/American) and a 3 year old son.(whois American/Japanese)..LOL...Yeah, I have travelled alot!
I was born in Scotland, but lived most of my life in the South of England. My father was in the British Navy and was killed in action when I ws 13 in the Falklands war.
Oct. Exercise: Nature's Circus
There once lived a girl whose home was on an island. It rose like a hill out of the waters of the bay, and was covered with velour lawns, a sloping garden, and trees that were so big she could only hug about a third around. Laura's father was the caretaker of the island, and the family of four lived there year round. The wealthy people who owned the island only came for a month in the summer. It was lonely for them all the rest of the year.
Question about the ghost story contest...
Can previously-published stories be submitted for this contest? I didn't see anything stated in the rules allowing or forbidding it.
Thank you!

Workin_gal asked some questions about short story writing on the last board
Dear Workin_gal, I'm the wrong person to ask about writing short stories. There is nothing more excruciating to me than a word limit! Right now I'm trying to write a novel in under 100,000 words (at my agent's request) and I'm going crazy. Giving free reign to my natural tendencies I'd probably never write anything less than an epic.
new to board.. find it fascinating..I have a question
Three of my stories are on.....
my halloween webpages. I would like to invite all who would like to read them to come and do so.
here is the url: http://pages.ivillage.com/bc/jurai/henter.html
