very much for the encouraging words cl-judy.bee I have a wolf mix whom we resued from illegal breeders while living in the Washington Cascades. He is of course named "Shadow" and has accepted us as pack. DNA on him tested out at 80% wolf.

This story I write has been bouncing around from mind to paper over 5 years time. I spent my entire adult life in the forests. I have a great love for the wolves. I studied a particular pack for 15 years. In the wild and rescue.

I am grateful to have stumbled in here!

Looking Back RD#4


Sometimes days go by so fast, you can't tell one from another. Days, like individuals, leave prints on your life. The last few days left Kate in a reflecting mood. She pondered many things.

'Why',she wondered, 'have I always been so different?' She winced again, shuddering, as cruel songs rang in her ears.

'Aids! Get back...' They clamored away, laughing, screaming, crossing their fingers in front of their bodies.

CHICKEN LINEN ELLA

Once upon a time, deep in Thompson's Holler back in the White River hills, there lived a girl called, by her stepmother and two stepsisters, Chicken Linen Ella -- though her given name was Ella Anne McPerson. She was a scruffy little thing, much put upon by the three. All day long, day after day, they nagged, wheedled, and demanded.

I totally can relate to some of that. I can say a lot of people in america probably can...good narative direction...I enjoyed it.


Need advice how to format paragraphs, etc-ANYONE?


Here goes. I am going to try to format my next post a little bit. Wasn't sure how. (Not sure now.)

Where do I find class notes, by the way? Not real familiar with this site just yet. Any help appreciated.
