My name is Rachael Nicole Crowder-Pagan. I graduated Macon County High School in Lafayette, Tennessee. In 1999 I graduated nursing school at Tennessee Tech in Nashville Tennessee. For 14 years I have worked as a licensed nurse and from 2004-2009 I owned the nursing agency MedStaff Plus in the Tennessee and Kentucky Area. I now work with Ameriplan as a WAH Recruiter and Benefit Specialist and was recently promoted to RSD (Regional Sales Director). I work with a great team and truly enjoy working with this company and from home. I am married to Adrian M Pagan SGT in the US Army. We have been married since 2010 and lived at Fort Knox, KY Fort Benning, Ga and are now in Fort Carson, Co. We truly love the military life and all the Army has given to us as a family. My husband Adrian is a Army career Sgt and will retire in 8 years after putting 20 years into the military. Where we plan to retire has not been decided. He is from San Juan Puerto Rico. I have 3 children. My oldest applied to West Point and will be graduated from high school in 2 years. My middle child is in 5th grade and does well academically. Both my girls are into sports and enjoy softball and basketball and the great outdoors. My son is in 4th grade and does well academically and plays baseball, football, and loves being outdoors as well. My husband has 5 children. Two of those children live in Orlando Florida and the other 3 live in Louisiana. Since we are so far away we do ot get to spend as much time with them as we would like. They are all active in sports and do well in school as well. (So we're told). My husband and I both are avid sport's fans and enjoy watching gold, football. baseball, basketball, softball, tennis, volleyball and wrestling. My husband watched Nascar but that's not something that I am into watching. We coach as many sports teams for our children as we possibly can. We are active in the school and our community. We enjoy exercising as a family and we all like to cook.. My husband makes some incredible traditional dishes from Puerto Rico. I am more of a southern cook myself but our children are able to prepare dishes from both cultures with our help. I like to bake as well. If I have left anything out please don't hesitate to ask any question!
