Fresh Fruit Ice Cream

No churning, no sugar, entirely delicious. If it's really not sweet enough for your child, add a spoonful of sugar as you blend—it will still be less sugar than what's in any other ice cream. Plan ahead and freeze the fruit overnight in a large zip lock bag.

Put the fruit in a food processor with the orange juice and vanilla. Process until smooth and creamy. If it's too thick, add a few more tablespoons orange juice as the machine runs, being careful not to thin it too much. Eat at once. (It doesn't store well in the freezer, where it tends to freeze too solid, so it's best made as wanted.)
