| 1 cup plain nonfat Mediterranean yogurt | 2 teaspoons finely minced candied ginger | |
| 1 tablespoon honey | 3/4 cup frozen mixed berries |
Stir together yogurt, honey, and ginger; place in a 1 1/2- to 2-cup freezer container. Place in freezer until mostly frozen, about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, partially thaw berries until slushy, about 20 minutes. Vigorously stir yogurt mixture to break up ice crystals; spoon into a stemmed glass. Top with berries.
