|2 ounces vodka||Non-fat whipped topping|
|1 ounce dark coffee or espresso||1 teaspoon sugar in the raw|
|2 ounces non-fat milk|
In a blender pour vodka, espresso and milk with 2 cups ice. Puree until smooth. Pour into glass, garnish with a dollop of whipped topping and a sprinkling of raw sugar and serve.
