    Ingredients

    1 cup sugar 1 cup grapes, halved
    1 cup water 1 orange, peeled and segmented
    2/3 cup watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes 4 wafer cookies
    2/3 cup honeydew, cut into 1-inch cubes 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
    2/3 cup Crenshaw melon, cut into 1-inch cubes

      Bring one cup sugar and one cup water to a boil, creating a syrup. Set aside and allow to cool to room temperature.

      In a bowl combine all of the fruit and pour the syrup over it.

      Portion the fruit and syrup into four serving bowls.

      Top each one with a wafer cookie and ice cream and serve immediately.
