| 1 cup sugar | 1 cup grapes, halved | |
| 1 cup water | 1 orange, peeled and segmented | |
| 2/3 cup watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes | 4 wafer cookies | |
| 2/3 cup honeydew, cut into 1-inch cubes | 4 scoops vanilla ice cream | |
| 2/3 cup Crenshaw melon, cut into 1-inch cubes |
Bring one cup sugar and one cup water to a boil, creating a syrup. Set aside and allow to cool to room temperature.
In a bowl combine all of the fruit and pour the syrup over it.
Portion the fruit and syrup into four serving bowls.
Top each one with a wafer cookie and ice cream and serve immediately.
