Just what we don't need: To be grocery shopping after a long day of work, with cranky children in tow begging you to buy Froot Loops, only to get sprayed with milk thanks to a ridiculous teenage prank. The latest YouTube generation fad is called "gallon smashing," and it's pretty much what the name implies: One kid walks down a supermarket aisle lugging two gallons of milk or jugs of juice and fakes a giant fall, smashing the containers on the ground -- and splashing bystanders in the way while a friend records the action. Thanks, technology. The "Gallon Smash Prank" video -- a montage of a whole bunch of the messy prat falls -- already has more than 2.1 million views, and search "gallon smash" on the site and you'll find copycats cropping up all over. Mama may have told us not to cry over spilled milk, but in this case, we're gonna go ahead and say it's OK.
