|2 large garlic cloves, minced or pushed through a garlic press||2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil|
|1/2 teaspoon salt|
Pulse the bread in a food processor until it is in coarse crumbs.
Toss the crumbs with the garlic, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly combined. Add the olive oil and work vigorously with a rubber spatula to force the oil into the crumbs.
