Its quick, easy, and stores well. It can be dressed up to seem super fancy.
| 13 oz Box of Penne Pasta | 1 c Butter | |
| 16 oz Boneless skinless chicken breasts | 12 clv Garlic | |
| 10 oz Roasted Garlic Parmesan Sauce (ragu) | 12 oz Fresh sliced button mushrooms (optional) |
Dice chicken into one inch cubes.
Saute chicken, garlic, and mushrooms in butter until chicken is cooked throught. About 15 minutes.
Cook pasta according to directions, cook to al dente.
Drain Pasta.
MIx pasta with Sauce and stir well. heat through.
Stir in chicken, garlic and mushrooms.
Serve with a salad and some bread to complete the meal. Reheats and freezes well.
