Best Insane Moment: Gary Busey

Nothing has made us laugh as hard at a red carpet as the moment when Gary Busey took over Ryan Seacrest's interviewing platform. Ryan had just finished stating that anything can happen on a live red carpet, when suddenly Gary appeared saying that he'd been looking for Ryan. Poor Ryan was just trying to get an interview with Laura Linney and Jennifer Garner when Gary continued to interrupt. He first babbled something to Laura and then grabbed Jennifer, hugged her, and kissed her neck! Jennifer looked like she was going to cry. The A-list ladies left that interview as fast as they could, with Ryan left wondering what the heck just happened.
