Want to create a special date night cocktail ? Here’s a recipe created specifically for iVillage readers by expert Manhattan Mixologist Tomas Delos Reyes.

Noche Caliente
1 1/2 ounces light rum

1/2 ounce of orange juice

3/4 ounce Sweet Vermouth (for seduction)

3/4 ounce Crème de Cacao (for sensuality)

1 dash of Cayenne pepper (for spice)

Shake all ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a flamed orange peel.
