Gilmore Girls is the only show I got on the bandwagon from the start. All my other fave shows I've joined late in the game and had to play catch up. So I have an incredible fondness for Rory, Lorelai and all the nutty residents of Stars Hollow. Much to my dismay it appears that the show might not be returning for an eighth season! According to reports, Alexis Bledel is done-zo playing Rory Gilmore and doesn't want to come back for another year. So just continue on without her, you're saying to yourself. Wrong! Lauren Graham says she won't come back unless Alexis Bledel does. Love the solidarity ladies, but this is one of my favorite shows you're playing with here and after the sudden loss of Everwood last year I'm not sure I have it in me to continue on if Gilmore Girls goes off the air as well. But don't pull out your tissues just yet because I've heard that the CW president is going to do "whatever it takes," to keep the ladies firmly planted in Stars Hollow. Just an FYI, I'm available if anyone needs me to help out in the negotiations.
