chime in now"Our go-to family dinner is also the one that we regularly serve when friends come over: Ina Garten's make-ahead Indonesian Ginger Chicken. You marinate it the night before and then just pop it in the oven when you get home. The chicken is sweet and plain enough for the kids, but has a delicious pan sauce that grown-ups love. I take a short cut with the recipe and don't bother cooking the marinade first. And we love leftovers, but it's easy to make a half-recipe with just one chicken. I serve it with string beans and rice -- which is tasty with the sauce." -- Lisa
