Festive in color and taste, this cocktail gets a little extra kick from candied ginger.

|1 cup pomegranate juice||8 slivers candied ginger|
|1/3 cup pomegranate seeds||2 bottles champagne|
Divide the pomegranate juice and seeds among 8 champagne glasses.
Place one sliver of ginger in each glass and fill with champagne.
