Gisele and Tom Give Their Daughter a Granny-Chic Name -- We Love It!

Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady have a new addition to their Brady bunch -- and it's a girl! The supermodel and her NFL quarterback hubby welcomed daughter Vivian Lake on Wednesday, December 5th, at their home in Boston. She joins big brother Benjamin, who's almost 3, and 5-year-old John, Brady's son from a previous relationship.

Vivian, which comes from the Latin name meaning "lively," falls into the granny-chic name category that's still super-trendy. The name ranked 154th on the Social Security Administration's list of popular baby names last year (up from 272 in 2000) and there's no doubt it's gaining favor: Angelina Jolie named one of her daughters Vivienne (in honor of her mom), and Rosie Pope gave her little girl the moniker, too. And while we're not sure what inspired the name choice, Gisele comes from a family of "V" names: Her parents are named Vania and Valdir.

We're also loving the nature-inspired middle name Lake -- so pretty!

So congratulations Tom and Gisele, and welcome baby Vivian!
