Giuliana Rancic will soon go into breast cancer surgery -- and she'll do it knowing that she has the love and support of thousands. The E! News host announced on Monday's Today show that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer after a routine mammogram. Soon after the announcement, her name became a trending Twitter topic, and celebrity friends rushed to show their support. Here's just a sample of the Twitter love for Giuliana.

Quite a turn-out for Giuliana's cheering section! Her husband Bill Rancic responded to the messages on her behalf, tweeting, "Thank you for all ur love & support today. G is reading all your messages. She will win this fight, I PROMISE, & be back better than ever!"
Giuliana, 36, discovered her breast cancer after a fertility doctor required her to have a mammogram before he would consider further IVF. The TV personality says she's grateful that they found the cancer early -- and plans to continue with her third round of IVF once she's cancer free.
"I'm not giving up. I want that baby," Giuliana told Today. "What's amazing is that baby saved my life."
