Preparing for Baby
Giuliana Rancic and her husband Bill Rancic have gone through a very public struggle to get pregnant. But they're not giving up yet!
Last month the pair talked to the ladies of The View about the miscarriage they suffered this year. "I broke down and I couldn't believe it. Our pregnancy was going beautifully," Giuliana said. But, the tragedy hasn't stopped the E! reality stars from trying to start a family.
Giuliana confides in USWeekly.com about using IVF again. "The good news is that IVF did work, as we did get pregnant," she says. In addition to IVF, Giuliana also gained weight, under doctor's orders.
Of course, the IVF treatments are taking a physical toll on the 36-year-old E! News host. "Sometimes I have to get (injections) 21 days in a row, three times a day," Giuliana admits. "It's a lot. But you've got to do it."
Luckily for Giuliana, her husband Bill, 39, has a steady hand. "Bill could honestly be on Grey's Anatomy," she says. "He could be McRancic." And even Bill himself boasts about his skills, telling US, "I give a pretty good shot."
But, Bill isn't the only one willing to lend a helping hand. "We've gotten probably 40 women who have offered to be surrogates," Giuliana says. "The other day I got an email saying, 'My niece is having a baby, and she's giving it up for adoption and we'd like to give it up to you.'"
The Rancics say they aren't quite ready to take anyone up on their offer, but they're thankful for the support from fans. Giuliana says, "It's just amazing how many people are incredibly generous and so giving."
