    1 head iceberg lettuce 3/4 cup Italian vinaigrette
    1 head romaine lettuce 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
    1 head radicchio 1/4 cup water
    2 cups grape tomatoes 4 Tbs shallot, minced
    1 cup provolone cheese, grated 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1 cup parmesan cheese, grated 3 tsp sugar
    1 cup black olives 2 tsp salt
    2 cups red onion, sliced 2 tsp pepper
    2 cups pepperoncini, chopped 1/2 tsp oregano
    1 cup parsley, chopped 1 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
    12 slices Genoa salami 1 1/3 cup canola oil
    6 each whole pepperoncini 1/4 tsp red chili flakes
    2 Tbs dried oregano

      Toss together the lettuces, cheeses, olives, red onions, peppers, herbs.

      To make vinaigrette, combine the red wine vinegar, water, shallot, garlic powder, sugar, salt, pepper, oregano, extra virgin olive oil, canola oil, and red chili flakes.

      Add vinaigrette to salad and season with pepper. Finish with dried oregano, parmesan cheese, slices of genoa salami and whole pepperoncini.
