chime in nowKids love things that glow in the dark, and this craft offers plenty of spooky fun. You can even string several of these cute banners together to create a sweet garland for your front porch or kitchen entrance.

What You'll Need: Cotton swabs, black felt, white card stock, permanent black marker, glow-in-the-dark acrylic paint, paint brush, and thick white glue.
Directions: Draw a skull on the cardstock and cut it out. Paint the skull with the glow-in-the-dark paint and let it dry. Paint your "bones" (the cotton swabs) and let them dry as well. Make a rectangle of black felt large enough for your skeleton and glue the skull and cotton swabs to the felt. Done!
