The most affordable time to visit Disney is during their "value season." In 2011, Disney is offering big discounts at onsite hotels if you book by March 27 and travel during certain times (most nights from April 28 until June 14 and from August 14 to October 1 are included). Lynda Lee Smith, a Georgia mom who’s taken her eight-year-old daughter to Disney 23 times, says she and her family have scored free dining during this period as well as specials such as free nights. An added bonus: shorter lines. Check the Disney Parks website for more information on off-season perks.
