The Wet Carpet

Normally sunny Los Angeles was flooded with rain as the 2010 Golden Globes got underway at the Beverly Hills Hilton. The downpour added a new must-have fashion accessory: "It’s really not about who’s dressed well, but who has the biggest umbrella," said Neil Patrick Harris.

Will Arnett gallantly helped protect his wife, Parks and Recreation's Amy Poehler (pictured), from the elements, and as Ryan Seacrest pulled aside nominees to chat on the red carpet for E! viewers, the unexpected weather was a topic for humor. About the rain, Tina Fey joked, "I'm worried that my tattoos are going to start showing when my body makeup comes off."
