Not only are both George Clooney and Ryan Gosling easy on the eyes, but they can also be considered Hollywood's latest MVPs. The sexy stars have racked up Golden Globe nods this year and are actually pitted against each other in the race for best actor in a drama: Gosling for his role in The Ides of March (which Clooney directed) and Clooney for his role in The Descendants. George is also hoping to bring home awards for best director and best screenplay for The Ides of March, while Ryan is up for best actor in a comedy for his endearing role in Crazy, Stupid, Love. But we're certain the rivalry will not be bitter. "Watching him work was like watching a unicorn being born every day," Gosling once joked about his friend after filming Ides with him.
