Three scoops of Tahitian vanilla bean ice cream infused with Madagascar vanilla beans, covered in edible 23-karat gold leaf and smothered in Amedei Porcelana, the world's most expensive chocolate. If that doesn't sound extravagant enough, a tiny bowl of Grande Passion caviar (a sweet creation infused with passion fruit, orange and Armagnac) rests atop a laundry list of other luxury ingredients. Even the serving vessel is over the top—it's a Baccarat crystal goblet and an 18-karat gold spoon!
