The margarita meets the Goombay Smash, a colorful tropical cocktail that hails from the Bahamas. Instead of rum, tequila melds with the fruit flavors, resulting in a light and refreshing cocktail.

| 8 oz. tequila | 1 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice | |
| 8 oz. pineapple juice | 3 cups ice | |
| 4 oz. apricot liqueur | Fresh pineapple wedges and cherries for garnish |
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add 1 cup of ice and shake well.
Pour evenly into glasses filled with the remaining ice.
Garnish with pineapple wedge and cherry pierced onto a cocktail skewer.
