Gosselin Divorce Papers: Jon & Kate Disagree on Who Gets What
Jon & Kate Gosselin can agree that they should no longer be married -- but, when it comes to who gets what, things may not go as smoothly.
TMZ.com has gotten a hold of the Gosselin divorce papers, which state that "plaintiff and defendant have been unable to agree as to the equitable distribution of their marital property."
It continues, "Plaintiff [Kate] is and has always been willing to negotiate a fair and reasonable settlement."
But a legal source told the website that everyone who files for divorce says this -- and we won't really know how nasty the battle will get until Jon is served.
Great -- something to look forward to.
