The economic crisis is on all of our minds every day, right? And as moms, it's more than just personal. We want to know how to keep our families' finances afloat during these rough times and what new policies like credit card reform really mean for us. And we want to know just how much -- and how long -- our kids will feel the effects of the downturn. If you're concerned or confused about what's going on, here your chance to ask the woman in the know, Elizabeth Warren.
Warren was recently appointed by President Obama to spearhead the development of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. She's a bankruptcy expert, and her clear goal is to even the playing field for families of different economic backgrounds. The CFPB has the power to create and enforce standards for credit cards, loans, mortgages and more -- so if you've got questions about any of those personal finances, she's the person who you'd want to ask, right?
This is your chance! We're privileged to have Warren answer iVillagers' questions in an interview the week of November 8. So definitely post yours here, and stay tuned to find out what she has to say.
