Grammy Noms Announced! Who Scored the Most?

Kanye West, Adele and Rihanna all earned multiple nominations -- but who came out on top?

This year's Grammy Award nominations were announced live on CBS Wednesday night, and a variety of the music industry's top performers were recognized -- including Kanye West, Adele, Rihanna, Bruno Mars and Mumford & Sons.

English soul singer Adele, who's currently recovering from vocal cord surgery, has a lot to celebrate as she earned six individual nominations for her sophomore album 21. The soulful crooner scored nods in all three major categories: Song of the Year, Record of the Year and Album of the Year, as well as Best Pop Vocal Album and Best Pop Solo Performance.

However, it was Kanye (thanks to his collaborations) who topped the overall list with seven nominations. The rapper's song "Otis" with Jay-Z was nominated for Best Rap Performance, and his song "All of the Lights" will compete against "Otis" for Best Rap Song.

Like Adele, Bruno Mars also scored six nominations, contending for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Pop Solo Performance and Best Pop Vocal Album. Rockers The Foo Fighters also earned six nominations, including Album of the Year, Best Rock Song, and Best Rock Album. Rapper Lil Wayne and electronic dance act Skrillex both pulled in five nominations, and indie rocker Bon Iver, Nicki Minaj, Mumford & Sons and Rihanna each earned four nominations.

Record of the year nominees: Adele ("Rolling in the Deep"); Bruno Mars ("Grenade"); Bon Iver ("Holocene"); Mumford & Sons ("The Cave") and Katy Perry ("Firework").

Album of the year nominees: Adele (21); Foo Fighters (Wasting Light); Lady Gaga (Born this Way); Bruno Mars (Doo-Wops & Hooligans); and Rihanna (Loud).

Song of the Year nominees: Kanye West and Rihanna ("All of the Lights"); Mumford and Sons ("The Cave"); Bruno Mars ("Grenade"); Bon Iver ("Holocene") and Adele ("Rolling in the Deep").

Best New Artist nominees: The Band Perry; Bon Iver; J. Cole;  Nicki Minaj; and Skrillex.

The 54th Annual Grammy Awards will air live on Feb. 12 on CBS from L.A.'s Staples Center. For a complete list of the nominations, check out the official Grammys website.
