With apricot nectar and preserves, this sweet treat packs a serious fruit punch. Orange and lemon juice cut through the sweetness, and a fresh mint sprig is the perfect topper.

|2 ounces apricot nectar (such as Kern's)||2 tablespoons apricot preserves|
|2 ounces orange juice||splash of fresh lemon juice|
|1 ounce Grand Marnier||Freshly grated orange zest and mint sprig, for garnish|
Combine the apricot nectar, orange juice, Grand Marnier, apricot preserves, and lemon juice in a blender and blend for about 5 seconds.
Add about 1 cup of ice and blend until smooth.
Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with the orange zest and mint sprig.
