Grandma's Frozen Apricot

With apricot nectar and preserves, this sweet treat packs a serious fruit punch. Orange and lemon juice cut through the sweetness, and a fresh mint sprig is the perfect topper.

    2 ounces apricot nectar (such as Kern's) 2 tablespoons apricot preserves
    2 ounces orange juice splash of fresh lemon juice
    1 ounce Grand Marnier Freshly grated orange zest and mint sprig, for garnish

      Combine the apricot nectar, orange juice, Grand Marnier, apricot preserves, and lemon juice in a blender and blend for about 5 seconds.

      Add about 1 cup of ice and blend until smooth.

      Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with the orange zest and mint sprig.
