Gravity Defying Fitnes



In this acrobatic training class, you’ll learn aerial skills (yes, that means hanging from a rope!) to help coordination, balance, flexibility and endurance. Improve confidence and get rid of your fears. Classes are available in New York City.

Do It at Home
Unless you have a trapeze or parallel bars at home, it’s nearly impossible to do this sort of workout at home. Try looking for a similar workout in your area at various gyms or trapeze schools.
