chime in nowGreen Bay may be a wild card, but their food choices are downright homey. Green Bay is located just more than an hour from the home of famed Johnsonville Brats restaurant, so it makes sense that these fans go wild for this lightly seasoned sausage topped with kraut. Poach the brats in a combination of pilsner-style beer, butter and onions for a decidedly local take.
Or try combining two other Green Bay favorites: beer and cheese. This cheesy dip may not be traditional, but it is tasty. Want something more over-the-top, serve up a batch of beer-chili cheese fries.
