|1/4 cup butter||Garnish: chopped parsley and lemon zest|
|1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, Alessi|
Prepare beans according to package directions. Keep warm.
In a large heavy skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Cook for 11⁄2 to 2 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove from heat; stir in vinegar and salt. Add warm beans, tossing well to coat. Garnish with parsley and lemon zest, if desired.
