| 1/2 cup cooked fresh or frozen (thawed) green peas | 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin | |
| 1/2 ripe Haas avocado | 1/4 teaspoon salt | |
| 1 tablespoon water | Optional: minced green onion and chopped cilantro | |
| 2 teaspoon fresh lime juice |
Place peas, avocado, water, lime juice, cumin, and salt in a food processor
Pulse until pureed, scraping down sides with a spatula, if necessary
Spoon into a bowl; sprinkle with green onion and cilantro, if desired.
