I used cloth bags at the supermarket instead of plastic bags... After I read them, I give my new spapers to my neighhbors so they can make cat litter... I remake old clothing into useful items that I can use around the house... I have gotten my kids involved in recycling—they see who can collect the most each week!... At work, I implemented a recycling program for electronic parts, so they don't end up in a landfill... I bring my lunch in a reusable container... I cleaned out my closets and gave the used clothing, shoes, etc. to a local thrift store...
