Grey's Anatomy's Chyler Leigh, 27, and her husband, actor Nathan West, 30, welcomed their third child, a girl, Anniston Kae, just one week after the actress wrapped this season of her show.
Anniston weighed in at 7 lbs., 1 oz., and will be sharing her toys for the rest of her life with siblings Noah, 5, and Taelyn, 2.
