Rinse chicken and place in a pan lined with aluminum fo
Either in a food processor, blender or by hand, mix pineapple juice and peach preserves and pour over chicken
Bake in the oven for 1 hour, basting frequently
Remove chicken from oven, place on grill over medium-high heat, and grill until lightly seared
Serve with sauce.
