| 1/4 cup packed brown sugar | 4 garlic cloves, minced | |
| 1 teaspoon salt | 6 (6-ounce) salmon fillets | |
| 2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce | Cooking spray | |

Prepare grill.
Combine first 5 ingredients. Rub or brush brown sugar mixture evenly on fillets.
