Gwyneth Paltrow

When Gwyneth Paltrow had her second child, Moses, in 2006, the baby weight didn’t fall off quite like it did the first time around. "With my daughter it had been easier, but this time, no matter what I did, I felt stuck. I couldn't shift the weight. But I met Tracy and she was this force from the second I met her. She pulled my pants off. I'll never forget it. She was like, 'Oh, my God, wow, I just am so surprised, because you look so good in clothes. I wasn't expecting this,'" Paltrow tells Redbook. Like many women, baby weight isn't the easiest to get rid of. So Paltrow called her trainer Tracy Anderson and got working on her ballet-dance inspired workout that elongates muscles and tones the core. "It did such wonders for my life, my confidence, my sex life, everything." At 40 years old, she decided to take the bull by the horns and increase her workouts to four times a week in order to kick-start the weight loss and her path to healthy living again. If you're looking for a new regimen, consider changing up your routine by adding ballet-inspired workouts like those by Tracy Anderson.
