Hailey Glassman and Michael Lohan haven't had any trouble talking to anyone and everyone about their dealings with Jon Gosselin – and TLC is hoping the reality star's pals just keep on talking.
According to new court papers filed, TLC plans to subpoena Jon's girlfriend and Lindsay Lohan's "lunatic" dad in their case against the dad of eight. Maryland's Circuit Court of Montgomery County has granted motions filed by the network's lawyers to depose Hailey and Michael, as well as Jon's lawyer Mark Heller, his manager Michael Heller, bodyguard Thomas Meinelt and his talent rep Matthew Kirschner. TLC is suing Jon for breach of contract, accusing the Jon & Kate Plus 8 star of appearing on a number of other television shows without their permission. At the time, Jon's lawyer said the lawsuit was "baseless" and said the network "exploited, manipulated and abused the Gosselins' vulnerability and financial hardship." We’re not sure how Jon is going to get out of this one, considering we've all seen him blabbing on one show or another, while Michael Lohan certainly hasn't been quiet about collaborating with Jon on a reality show about divorced dads.
