Get your DVR's ready! Hailey Glassman, the 22-year-old ex-girlfriend of reality TV dad and notorious man-child Jon Gosselin (Jon & Kate Plus 8) claims she will soon be starring in a reality show of her own. Glassman told RadarOnline.com she'll be moving Los Angeles in August to start her own series called Staring Over.
According to Glassman, the show "will be about me leaving New York and all the negative behind me." Glassman -- who became briefly famous in 2009 for dating (and later having a nasty breakup with) 32-year-old Gosselin, soon after his split from wife Kate Gosselin, admitted she "could be the biggest trainwreck," in L.A.
Glassman says she hopes the series will change her unsavory public persona, telling the site, "The world only knows me as the tabloid Hailey. Hopefully through this show they'll see me for who I really am."
But reality TV stardom won't be the only thing on Glassman's to-do list in the coming months. Also on the docket? The Celebrity Boxing Circuit. Glassman says, "I was approached to fight and I'm meeting my opponent next week," adding, "I'm going to try not to hit her too hard. I don't want to damage her implants."
Remember when reality shows and D-List boxing matches were the last resorts turned to by celebrities after their careers tanked? Glassman sounds rather excited, as if she mistakenly believes her Million Dollar Baby impersonation will be a step up in life! Either way, we're not calling the bookie to bet on this wannabe star anytime soon.
