From: Skip to My Lou
Ages: 4 and up
What you’ll need:
- googly eyes
- candy bars
- white crepe paper and black construction paper
- tape
- glue
How to make it: For the mummy: Glue two googly eyes at the top of the candy bar and wrap a white crepe-paper party streamer around it. Seal down on the back with tape. For the bat: Cut out half a circle for the bat’s face and two triangles for its ears from the black construction paper. Also trace and cut out some feet. Glue the triangles onto the half circle and let dry. Then, cut out a bat-wing shape on both ends of the black construction paper. Tape the feet to the bottom of the wings so they hang off slightly. Wrap the wings of the bat around the candy bar and seal with tape. Stick two googly eyes on the face of the bat to finish him off!
