Halloween: Spooky Bedtime Story

Settling himself by the window to watch and listen to the last sounds of the night, Spooky smiled to himself. Then he began to chuckle and laugh and shake with delight as he recalled his first time out on Halloween night. So if you hear a happy laugh in the dark of Halloween night, check your pocket and see if you, too, have been treated to Spooky's pop.

How to make this Spooky treat:
•1 wrapped Tootsie Pop (or other brand)
•1 square piece of white fabric/or cheesecloth
•1 black marker
•Ribbon in orange, black or yellow and cut into lengths for tying

Drape the fabric over the top of the pop and secure at the base of the pop by tying it with a length of ribbon.

Draw a ghostly face on the side of the pop. Slip the Spooky pop into a pocket or a bag without anyone noticing!
