While Ryan Phillippe has been reflecting in the press about his divorce from Reese Witherspoon, his most recent ex, Australian actress Abbie Cornish (Bright Star), is getting over him in a completely different way.
According to the Huffington Post, Cornish, 27 -- who had dated Phillippe, 35, for nearly four years (and allegedly began the romance with him before his divorce from Witherspoon was final) -- was spotted over the weekend in the company of Pearl Harbor star (and member of Jimmy Kimmel's Handsome Men's Club) Josh Hartnett. The two were seen at a bar in New York City on Saturday, and reportedly left together around 1 a.m.
Hartnett, 31, has previously been linked to beauties such as Rihanna and Kirsten Dunst. The actor currently resides in New York City, and as it happens, Cornish has been in town filming The Dark Fields with Bradley Cooper.
As far as rebounds go, we've got to say, Abbie: This one sounds like a slam dunk!
