Why Hayden Panettiere Dumped Laguna Beach's Stephen
Hayden Panettiere continues to irk the crap out of me, this time, with her latest interview with Seventeen magazine.
The Heroes star opens up about why she ended her relationship with Lauren Conrad's ex, Laguna Beach's Stephen Colletti, just after turning the big 1-8.
“I just knew I wanted to breathe," she said. "I wanted to be single at the time."
Notice how she said "at the time" -- because now she's getting it on with co-star (and 30-year-old) Milo Ventimiglia.
"It just hit me like a ton of bricks," she added. "This is the time I need to be with myself. It takes such a secure person to be with someone like me—it takes so much confidence; it takes so much trust.”
Come on -- that statement doesn't annoy anyone else? I think I may need her to go away.
She goes on to talk about saving the dolphins and how nothing scares her, and blah, blah, blah, but I just can't. Feel free to pick up the new issue -- if you can stomach it.
