The character's nicknamed "McDreamy"... what more could you possibly need on a "hot doctor" resume? Of course, it's more than just the good Dr. Derek's good looks that make him a hot doc. He's also a committed, talented surgeon who not only takes care of his patients, but of his friends, co-workers and insecure, sometimes pretty kooky wife, fellow physician Meredith. But we'll admit it: those blue eyes and that killer head of hair certainly don't hurt his case.
